“ You must visit the iconic, Victorian Spa town of Great Malvern , nestling in the Malvern hills. While you're there treat yourself to a meal at the Nepalese Indian restaurant, the Yak N Yeti. The food is excellent. The staff are polite, friendly and discreet. The ambiance is calm and relaxing. We have eaten at many Indian restaurants but the Yak N Yeti is definitely one of the best. We thoroughly recommend it. You won't be disappointed. ”

We ordered 1 starter and 2 mains, and it was more than enough. Great portions, too, and we had the Nepalese beer. Highly recommend it. ”
“ From a traveller’s perspective a rather unassuming frontage but we followed our noses to this wonderful restaurant. The staff were lovely and welcoming. The style was not untypical of a curry house and the usual suspects were available but certainly not the main event. We chose Nepalese dishes, as you should in a Nepalese restaurant. Fantastic and varied. My partner and I had very different dishes but both equally well handled. I couldn’t comment on authenticity as I’ve not travelled as far as Nepal but the dishes were very well produced and finished, served in the curry house style. The handling of spices and fresh ingredients was exceptional. Well balanced dishes with flavours that jumped out and really entertained the senses. Different flavours and fragrances came one after another. As a well travelled Chef with accolades I’d like to think I can handle just about any regional or ethnic cuisine but this unassuming little place, like the best back street outlets in faraway places, delivers in spades and I have great respect for their Chef’s talents. ”
“ Popped in with Dad and my dog Ziggy. As an Asian food enthusiast with a soft spot for Nepalese culture, I was happy to try this gem. The staff were lovely and allowed Ziggy in as long as he behaved. The food was tasty with authentic flavours, and the traditional music had Ziggy wagging his tail. The staff's friendliness were top-notch, and they adjusted the spice levels perfectly to our taste. If you're into Indian cuisine, this place is a must-visit. Good service, delicious food, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. ”

“ Absolutely beautiful food and if in doubt you should go. We love Nepalese food at home and have a good Nepalese community where we are. This was 100 times even better. Gorgeous spicing using ginger, garlic and chilli harmoniously on their momo, sauces and curries. We had their specials and they were great. The magic chicken starter was actual herbal and aromatic magic! And then... the byriani! ”
